Order Cancellation by Customer

Customers may request to cancel their order under the following conditions:

  • The cancellation request is made within 24 hours of placing the order.
  • The product or service has not yet been dispatched, delivered, or installed.
  • A valid order ID or invoice number is provided at the time of request.

Non-Cancellable Orders

We regret that cancellations cannot be accepted under the following conditions:

  • The product has already been shipped, delivered, or installed.
  • The order includes customized, bulk, or special request items.
  • The service has already been scheduled or initiated, such as installation, AMC, or consultation visits.

Cancellation by Karan Telecom

We reserve the right to cancel any order due to the following reasons:

  • Product unavailability or stock issues.
  • Inaccurate or incomplete order or payment details.
  • Pricing or technical errors on the website.
  • Suspected fraudulent or unauthorized transactions.

In such cases, the customer will be notified promptly, and a full refund will be processed.

Refund for Cancelled Orders

  • Refunds for cancelled orders (if applicable) will be processed within 7–10 business days.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during the transaction.
  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, the customer must provide valid bank details for NEFT/IMPS refund.
