Eligibility for Returns

You may be eligible for a return or replacement if:

  • The product is damaged, defective, or not as described at the time of delivery.
  • The return request is initiated within 7 days of receiving the product.
  • The item is unused, in its original packaging, and includes all accessories and manuals.

Note: Opened consumables like toners and cartridges are not returnable unless found defective upon delivery.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Products damaged due to misuse, mishandling, or unauthorized repairs.
  • Items with tampered serial numbers or warranty stickers.
  • Services such as installations, maintenance, or on-site repairs.
  • Products sold under clearance, demo, or final sale offers.

Return Process

To initiate a return:

  • Provide your order details, reason for return, and photographs (if applicable).
  • Our team will assess your request and guide you through the return or replacement process.

Returns may require the item to be shipped back to our facility or collected via our logistics partner, depending on the case.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

  • A refund will be initiated to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
  • For COD orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer after confirmation.
  • Shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable, except in cases of our fault (wrong or damaged item).

Exchange Policy

We offer exchanges in the following cases:

  • The item is defective or not working upon delivery.
  • You received an incorrect product.

Exchanges are subject to stock availability and approval after inspection.
